Mission Statement: Deftune is committed to serve the  independent artist community by providing high quality professional audio engineering at affordable rates. My name is Conrad and as your audio professional, I provide mixing and mastering services for various applications such as live streaming, podcasting, recording, live sound mixing, sound design, post production and music releases. I own a private studio space in Southern California. I’m available for video conferencing any time.

Process to start:

1. Email me to book a call or virtual meeting to go over your project.
2. Once you’d like to proceed, send your deposit/payment. See the Shop page to see service options and add to cart. After you’ve added your selection to the cart a mini cart will popup. Click on the product link. You should see a drag and drop window to send me your audio files. You can send in audio tracks up to 32 bit 96 khz or the entire DAW mix session file. Once your files are uploaded you can proceed to check out.
3. Once deposit/payment is received I will begin to process your project. During this time we can go back and forth on revisions until you’re satisfied and approve the final product. Turn around time is typically 24-48 hours each song for mastering and 4-5 days per song for mixing.
4. Upon final approval you will send the remaining balance. You can do this again through the Shop page. Once the full balance is received you’ll receive the link to the fully uncompressed files.
5. Stay in touch in case you need specific formats for your music distributor.
